EU customs fees
New customs fees take effect July 1. The EU has replaced its €150 duty exemption with a €3.00 fee per HS code per shipment. Most EU countries will continue to accept DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) shipments as they do today, but recipients will now be charged that €3.00 per HS code at delivery.
Some EU countries are adding handling fees on top of the €3.00 duty to cover the additional overhead of DDU collection.
DHL is the best carrier to use for shipments to EU but they charge more for their service.
